Description:
The Manager of Clinical Research will be responsible for assisting the Director of Clinical Research Operations, providing oversight, management, planning, and direction of all clinical research operational areas. The Manager will assist the Director in working to promote compliance with established federal, state, local, and institutional guidelines governing the conduct of clinical research. The Manager supervises the activities of the research nurses, research coordinators, and other patient care professionals.
The estimated salary range for this position is $105647.55 - $140511.24 / year, depending on experience.
Qualifications:
Degrees:
- A Bachelor's Degree is required.
Licenses & Certifications:
- Licensed Registered Nurse.
- ACRP Certified Clinical Research Coordinator.
- SOCRA Certified Clinical Research Professional.
- ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate.
- BLS.
Additional Qualifications:
- RN with a minimum of two years of clinical research supervisory experience.
- Extensive Clinical Trial operations experience.
- Extensive experience (seven years or more) in clinical trials operations and a minimum of two years of clinical research leadership responsibilities in a complex academic/research environment.
Minimum Required Experience: 7 years
