Role Overview:
The BDC personnel is responsible for driving customer satisfaction by following up with customers post-service, identifying opportunities for improvement. You’ll collaborate with the service team. Make service appointments, help with the Loaner fleet management, meet and greet customers when is needed..
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct timely post-service follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction
- Address and escalate customer concerns before they impact ACE scores
- Track trends and provide regular feedback to management
- Maintain accurate and organized records of communication and resolutions
- Assist with phone calls and loaner agent process
- Build strong relationships with internal staff to ensure alignment
- Assist the service advisors with the daily process
- Make appointments, meet and greet customers when they drive up.

- Professional, friendly, and empathetic demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- technology savy
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
