Arlington Catholic is seeking a dynamic, qualified, and student-centered individual to lead our Varsity Softball program. The Head Coach will be responsible for managing all aspects of the program, including player development, practice planning, game management, culture building, and maintaining strict compliance with Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association (MIAA) rules and regulations.

Job Requirements
High School Or Collegiate Softball Coaching/playing Experience Preferred.
Strong knowledge of softball rules, strategy, mechanics, and player safety.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Successful completion of mandatory background checks (CORI and Fingerprinting).
