Arlington Catholic High School is seeking a passionate, high-energy, and strategic leader to direct our Boys Lacrosse program. We are looking for an inspiring mentor to build a culture of excellence, discipline, and competitive spirit while guiding our student-athletes to succeed both on the field and in the classroom.

Job Requirements
Previous success coaching or playing lacrosse at the high school, collegiate, or club level.
Deep knowledge of contemporary lacrosse strategies, rule sets, player safety standards, and positional concepts.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with student-athletes, parents, and administration.
