Requirements:The Warehouse & eCommerce Operations Specialist is responsible for the daily operational execution of warehouse logistics and online order fulfillment supporting multiple cosmetic surgery clinics nationwide and a direct-to-consumer eCommerce platform. The position requires strong attention to detail, operational discipline, inventory accuracy, and a high level of accountability.
Warehouse Operations
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations in alignment with company policies and operational standards
- Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and inventory control processes
- Maintains accurate stock levels and reconciles physical inventory with data storage systems
- Coordinates inbound and outbound shipments with vendors, freight carriers, and clinics nationwide
- Optimizes warehouse layout to maximize space utilization and operational efficiency
- Ensures compliance with all warehousing, shipping, and transportation regulations
- Maintains health, safety, hygiene, and security standards in accordance with OSHA guidelines
- Performs regular cycle counts and assist with forecasting and replenishment planning
- Investigates and resolves inventory discrepancies
- Assists with supply chain continuity and product availability planning
eCommerce Operations & Shipping
- Processes, picks, packs, and ships all eCommerce orders accurately and within established timeframes
- Ensures timely fulfillment and delivery tracking for customer orders
- Manages shipping platforms (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.) and negotiates rates when applicable
- Coordinates returns, exchanges, and reverse logistics
- Maintains accurate product listings, SKU data, and inventory synchronization between warehouse and online platforms
- Monitors order accuracy, shipping performance metrics, and customer satisfaction indicators
- Identifies and resolves fulfillment delays or shipping issues
- Supports promotional launches, restocks, and product rollouts
- Maintains packaging standards to protect product integrity and brand presentation
Coordination & Reporting
- Liaise with clinic administrators, clients, vendors, and transport providers
- Provides operational reporting to leadership as needed
- Monitors quality of service and implement improvements when necessary
- Plans daily work tasks and rotations to ensure operational flow
- Completes additional duties as assigned
Skills
- Strong experience in distribution, shipping, logistics, and warehouse operations
- Experience with inventory management systems and forecasting techniques
- Knowledge of shipping platforms and eCommerce fulfillment systems
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
Education & Experience
- Associate’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 - 4 years’ experience in warehouse and shipping operations
- Experience supporting multi-location distribution environments preferred
- Forklift certification required
- OSHA certification required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, pull, or push up to 100 lbs.
- Ability to stand, squat, bend, and lift for extended periods
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely
Travel Requirements
- Local travel as needed
- Other travel may be required for new location setups in various states
- Must possess a valid and active driver’s license
