Role Description The Sales Operations Administrator is a full-time, on-site role located in St. Petersburg, FL, supporting the sales team and internal stakeholders. This role is responsible for processing customer orders and quotes, maintaining accurate sales records, and updating CRM or order management systems. The Sales Operations Administrator will coordinate with production, engineering, and logistics to confirm pricing, lead times, and delivery schedules, ensuring timely and accurate communication to customers. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer inquiries, preparing sales documentation, monitoring order status, and generating basic sales and operations reports. The role also involves assisting with data quality, document control, and continuous improvement of sales processes to support efficient operations and a positive customer experience.
