Compensation (Where This Gets Interesting)
- Uncapped commission
- Up to $75,000 performance-based sign-on bonus
Your bonus is tied directly to what you produce:
- ~$650K revenue = ~$20K bonus
- $1M revenue = ~$50K bonus
- Top performers can earn up to $75K
If you can sell, you will get paid. Period.
What You’ll Do
- Generate opportunities through door-to-door, referrals, and networking
- Run roof inspections and educate homeowners
- Present and close deals using a structured system
- Manage your pipeline from first contact to contract
- Track activity and deals in CRM
- Show up prepared for weekly training and coaching
