The Role—As our Patient Advocate, you'll have three key areas of responsibility:
1. Patient Support and Education—You'll be the trusted guide for patients, focusing on:
- Warmly greet and welcome patients, both over the phone and through digital channels, creating a positive first impression.
- Provide clear, comprehensive information about our services, procedures, and policies.
- Address and resolve insurance-related questions with patience and understanding.
- Verify and update patient insurance details accurately.
- Maintain patient medical records meticulously, adhering to clinical standards and confidentiality.
2. Care Coordination and Quality Assurance—You'll bridge the gap between patients and providers by:
- Manage patient appointments, follow-ups, and handle cancellations, ensuring a smooth patient flow.
- Schedule and reschedule appointments efficiently, optimizing our daily operations.
- Handle patient follow-ups and send out reminders, keeping everyone on the same page.
- Present treatment estimates and assist patients with understanding their financial options, including third-party financing.
3. Administrative and Compliance Support—In this important role, you'll be responsible for:
- Enter and manage demographic and insurance information with accuracy.
- Perform administrative tasks with precision, ensuring every detail is correct.
- Use technology effectively to manage data and keep patient schedules organized.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
