Employment Type: Full time Shift: Day Shift Description: This is a full time, 64 hours per pay period position. This position would work Mon-Fri one week and Wed-Fri the other week. We are seeking a compassionate and flexible Float Social Worker to join our interdisciplinary care team. This full-time position is designed to support social work coverage across multiple medical units and the psych med unit. The Float Social Worker will float between units to help out with day to day tasks, as well as provide coverage during colleague PTO, sick calls, and other staffing gaps as needed. This role is essential in maintaining continuity of care and ensuring patients receive timely psychosocial support and discharge planning.
