  • Enjoy mentoring and working as part of a team
  • Stay calm and positive during busy moments
  • Take initiative and notice what needs to be done without always waiting to be asked
  • Care deeply about helping young children feel safe, capable, and excited to learn

Early Childhood Education coursework or a degree in ECE, Child Development, Education, or a related field is strongly preferred.

Why MI School?

MI School is a small bilingual English–Mandarin early learning center where teachers are encouraged to bring their own ideas, creativity, and strengths into the classroom.

Our program combines play-based learning with early literacy, math, STEAM, music, movement, cultural learning, and hands-on exploration.

Teachers at MI School have room to be creative and contribute their own curriculum ideas while working within our school-wide learning themes and developmental goals.

We value teachers who want to grow professionally, contribute to the school community, and help make the classroom better—not simply follow a daily schedule.

If you love toddlers, enjoy creating curriculum, like leading a classroom, and want to work somewhere your ideas matter, we would love to meet you.
