Collaborate with other healthcare providers as well as providing direct patient care. Meet with patients individually to provide extensive drug and disease state education targeting complex disease states such as diabetes, hypertension, dyslipidemia, asthma, COPD, tobacco dependence, and osteoporosis. Work with patients to improve adherence and evaluate medication regimens. Assist in supervision of pharmacy technicians.
