Twos Lead Teacher
Mi Casa Child Centers
Mi Casa Child Centers is looking for an energetic and dedicated Twos Lead Teacher to join our Cinnamon Creek location! We are seeking someone who is passionate about early childhood education and enjoys helping toddlers learn through exploration, play, and hands-on experiences.
The Twos Lead Teacher will be responsible for creating a structured yet engaging classroom environment that supports children's growth and development while preparing them for future learning success.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities
- Create a positive, engaging, and safe classroom environment
- Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
- Manage classroom routines and transitions effectively
- Maintain ongoing communication with families regarding their child's progress
- Ensure compliance with licensing standards and company policies
- Lead and support assistant teachers within the classroom
Qualifications
- Experience working with toddlers preferred
- CDA, Associate's Degree, or coursework in Early Childhood Education preferred
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Strong classroom management and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- CPR/First Aid Certification preferred
