MHW Search has exclusively partnered with a reputable Residential Title firm in Houston that is in search of a Funder to support their residential closing operations team. The Funder will be responsible for coordinating and funding residential real estate transactions while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely disbursement of funds.

Responsibilities

• Review closing packages and funding documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate the funding and disbursement process for residential real estate transactions.
• Verify all lender instructions, title requirements, and closing conditions have been satisfied prior to funding.
• Communicate with escrow officers, lenders, agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth closings.
• Prepare and process wire transfers and disbursements in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintain accurate transaction records and ensure compliance with title and escrow regulations.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a title company funding role required.
• Residential title experience required.
• Experience with SoftPro software highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Reliable and team-oriented professional with a strong understanding of title and closing procedures.
