Overview

We are seeking a motivated, organized, and results-driven Multi-Property Community Manager to oversee the daily operations, sales, and resident experience across multiple residential communities, including Manufactured Homes and Apartments.

As a Community Manager, you will take ownership of your communities by managing daily operations, improving resident satisfaction, marketing and selling homes, coordinating vendors and projects, and ensuring each community is maintained to the highest standards.

This full-time position requires 40 hours per week, with opportunities for growth, additional community oversight, increased earning potential through commissions and performance bonuses, and advancement into larger leadership roles.

Key ResponsibilitiesCommunity Operations & Resident Relations

  • Manage daily operations for multiple residential communities.
  • Maintain a positive, professional customer service approach with residents, prospects, vendors, and team members.
  • Build strong resident relationships focused on retention and satisfaction.
  • Maintain community appearance, cleanliness, and curb appeal.
  • Enforce community policies, rules, and regulations while following all federal, state, and company requirements.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accurate resident records.

Sales & Marketing

  • Market available homes through social media platforms, including Facebook Marketplace.
  • Generate leads, follow up with prospects, conduct tours, and convert inquiries into sales.
  • Show homes, host open houses, and manage the sales process from initial contact through move-in.
  • Build relationships with prospective residents and identify opportunities to increase occupancy.
  • Track sales activity and maintain accurate records.

Financial & Administrative Management

  • Ensure timely rent collection and accurate account information in Rent Manager.
  • Maintain records, reports, and documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Operate within established budgets and company guidelines.
  • Assist with collections, notices, and eviction processes as needed.
  • Represent the company in court proceedings when required, ensuring proper documentation and timelines are followed.

Property Improvements & Vendor Management

  • Coordinate vendors, contractors, and service providers.
  • Review completed work for quality before approving invoices.
  • Oversee home deliveries, renovations, repairs, and community improvement projects.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure projects are completed successfully and efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Property management experience preferred (manufactured housing experience highly preferred).
  • Home sales and advertising experience highly preferred.
  • Experience using Rent Manager or similar property management software preferred (training available).
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
  • Ability to work independently while being a strong team contributor.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with diverse audiences. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Comfortable using computers, property management software, internet tools, and social media platforms.

Compensation & Benefits

Estimated Total Compensation: $60,000–$65,000 annually

Compensation includes:
