As the Payment Entry Clerk Lead you will oversee daily payment posting operations while performing all payment entry functions for third-party and private pay accounts. This role serves as the department’s subject matter expert, providing training, guidance, quality oversight, and workflow coordination. Responsibilities include payment application and reconciliation, payment inquiries, refund processing, revenue account transfers, report maintenance, and supporting process improvements within MHMRTC’s accounts receivable systems
Minimum Requirements
Minimum qualifications: High School Diploma/GED
Years’ Experience: Two (2) years
Defined Experience: Data Entry
Supervisory Experience: One (1) year of supervisory or lead experience
