We are seeking an Architectural Associate with 2–5 years of experience to join our Residential Team in our Naples, Florida office. This is an onsite position. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.

We are seeking an Architectural Associate with 2–5 years of experience to join our Residential Team in our Naples, Florida office. This is an onsite position. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
EXPECTATIONS:
- A professional degree in Architecture, Design, or related discipline
- Familiarity with all phases of project deliverables
- Foundational knowledge of project design and construction documentation
- Proficiency in Revit, CAD, Sketchup, Bluebeam, Microsoft, and Lumion
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Resourceful, detailoriented, motivated to learn, and strong problem solving abilities
- Collaborative, professional and teamoriented work ethic
- Prepare detailed drawings for schematic design, design development, and
- Exercise creative judgment and design application skills
- Contribute to design presentations and participate in client meetings as needed
- Compile data, perform design computations, and support production of amendments, addenda, and bulletins
- Perform site analysis, calculations, and surveys of existing conditions and field measurements
- Work alongside and understand the functional organization of the project team
- Utilize strong technical skills in Revit and other design application software
- Complete fulfilling work and continue to learn along the way
- Assist with coordination among team members and consultants
- Prepares Construction Administration documentation under supervision of Architect or Senior Architect
- Selfcheck work for accuracy, completeness, legibility, and compile in accordance with MHK standards.
- Participate in design reviews, charrettes, and pinups
- Communicate ideas and thoughts in a way that inspire and empower others.
