We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice part or full time. This role involves diagnosing and treating various dental conditions, performing oral surgeries, and ensuring patient comfort throughout their treatment journey.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough examinations of patients' oral health and diagnose dental issues.
- Perform a variety of dental procedures, including but not limited to endodontics, pediatric dentistry, and dental extractions.
- Utilize aseptic techniques to maintain a sterile environment during procedures.
- Document medical histories and maintain accurate medical documentation for each patient.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists and support staff to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
- Stay current with advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
- Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
- Proficiency in dental terminology and familiarity with software such as Epic and Eaglesoft is preferred.
- Experience in oral surgery and the ability to perform complex procedures is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients of all ages.
