What You’ll Do

The SSR-II provides support services to the Account Managers. Among other duties, their responsibilities include quoting, researching product information, and data entry.

  • Answering department phone calls
  • Conducting basic product research
  • Adding new products to the database
  • Updating database pricing
  • Using basic Visio for diagramming
  • Designing sales quotes and scopes of work
  • Verifying correct parts for proposed customer solutions
  • Communicating weekly with customers and their respective Account Managers
  • Outbound telemarketing calls to prospect for new customers
  • Reporting new customer opportunities weekly

What You’ll Bring

  • Associate degree or minimum 2 years of sales experience required.
  • Four (4) or more years of technology/information systems technical solution sales experience required
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with both internal and external customers
  • Basic computer and data entry skills. Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite programs (Word, Excel, Outlook), Salesforce, and Visio
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Excellent customer service skills, including knowledge of professional telephone etiquette
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Ability to learn basic technical product information
  • Ability to work under pressure
