Position : Project Coordinator
Contract : 12 months
Location : Locally remote but within commuting distance of downtown Phoenix, AZ
Reports To: ITS Program Management Office

In this position we are seeking The Project Coordinator for our Client to supports project managers and teams by organizing project activities. This role helps keep projects on track by managing documentation, coordinating meetings, tracking tasks, and proactively identifying issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the project manager by maintaining and updating detailed project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Prepare project status reports for leadership and stakeholders.
- Coordinate and drive daily project activities to ensure forward progress and timely completion.
- Lead or facilitate project meetings; capture and distribute minutes, decisions, and action items.
- Manage project documentation, ensuring materials are organized, accessible, and current.
- Track project risks and issues.
Required Qualifications
- Experience coordinating or supporting projects, preferably in a complex or multidepartment environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lead meetings and present to leadership confidently.
- Proficiency with collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint) and standard o ice software.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project,
- Jira).
- Bachelor’s degree and experience in technology, operations, or business process improvement.
