Job Title: Experienced Precast Concrete Workers
Job Location: Gap, PA
Hourly Pay: $27 per hour

NOTE: This job is located in Gap, Pennsylvania. Access to reliable transportation is mandatory.

MGR Workforce is Precast Concrete Workers for a full-time opportunity in Gap, Pennsylvania. This is steady, year-round construction work with competitive pay, consistent hours, and overtime available.

Job Duties (but not limited to):

• Work with precast concrete forms, molds, and rebar installations
• Safely strip and clean forms using hand tools and overhead cranes
• Read and interpret blueprints or shop drawings to ensure accuracy
• Mix, pour, level, and finish concrete to meet quality standards
• Install reinforcing wire, anchors, and hardware for structural concrete
• Perform quality checks on finished precast panels, slabs, and components
• Assist with solar inverter skid fabrication as per QC specifications
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized construction work area
• Handle and move materials, tools, and lifting equipment as directed
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements (hard hat, steel toes, gloves)
• Perform additional general labor and construction tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Experience in precast or concrete construction is an asset
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to lift/push/pull 35–50 lbs for extended periods
• Comfortable working outdoors and indoors in various weather conditions
• Available Monday–Friday with overtime and some Saturdays
• Must bring personal PPE (construction hard hat, hi-vis vest, steel-toe boots, gloves and safety glasses)
• Reliable transportation and attendance are essential
