Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Promotional Customer Service Rep, you’ll play a vital role in our live event and outreach efforts:
Represent nonprofit and brand partners at promotional events, community campaigns, and live activations
Deliver friendly, engaging, and informative interactions with event attendees
Assist with event setup, breakdown, and booth presentation
Communicate campaign goals, services, or product features to the public
Answer attendee questions and provide helpful, accurate information
