As an Event Marketing Associate, you will:

• Represent top nonprofit and charitable organizations at live events, retail activations, and community outreach campaigns

• Interact directly with the public to raise awareness, educate, and inspire support for meaningful causes

• Collaborate with the Marketing and Outreach team to deliver high-visibility campaigns that drive donations

• Serve as a brand ambassador, communicating each nonprofit’s mission with authenticity and impact

• Assist with event setup, merchandising, customer interaction, and tear-down

• Contribute creative ideas to improve campaign strategies and maximize outreach

• Must be 18 and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Friendly, outgoing personality and a genuine passion for charitable work

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment

• Organized, reliable, and eager to learn

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or related field is a plus (not required)

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
