The Day-to-day
- Prepare & Serve Beverages: Accurately mix and prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages based on standardized recipes and service tickets.
- Support Service Operations: Fulfill drink orders efficiently for servers to ensure timely and seamless food and beverage service.
- Maintain Cleanliness & Compliance: Keep the service bar clean, organized, and compliant with all health, safety, and alcohol service standards.
- Inventory & Stocking: Monitor and restock bar supplies, garnishes, mixers, and glassware to support uninterrupted service.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with servers, supervisors, and kitchen teams during high-volume periods.
- At least 21 years of age
- Previous bartending experience preferred
