Pay Range
The pay range for this role is:
$46,000.00 - $63,200.00
This range represents a good faith estimate of the salary range that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

THE SCHEDULE: 7:00 PM - 4:00AM

The Day-to-day
- Develop daily floor plans to guarantee proper station coverage.
- Supervise dining room service during operational hours.
- Conduct employee evaluations and manage attendance records.
- Collaborate with the Chef regarding food service and menu plans.
- Maintain communication with management, chefs, front-of-house and culinary staff to address guest needs.
- Order supplies and manage inventory effectively.
- Inspect food quality and freshness from support departments.
- Directly interact with guests for special requests and reservations.
- At least 21 years of age
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of prior relevant experience.
- Prior Food and Beverage experience to include supervisory/managerial experience preferred.
- Prior experience leading daily operations within a Pan Asian style type of restaurant preferred.
