Whether you're coordinating emergency responses or helping locate lost items, you'll stay sharp, make quick decisions, and keep everything running smoothly.
The Day-to-day
- Alarm and Surveillance Monitoring: Watch over panic alarms, surveillance cameras, and fire control systems. If anything goes wrong or needs fixing, report it to Security Management.
- Communication and Emergency Systems: Make sure all communication tools, like radios and mass notification systems, are working properly. Stay connected with law enforcement when they're on-site.
- Record Keeping: Keep detailed, real-time records of all calls, incidents, and officer activity.
- Customer Service and Issue Handling: Assist guests and employees with any concerns, resolving problems as they arise. If needed, escalate issues to department leadership and complete security reports when requested.
- At least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous security dispatch or call center experience preferred
