Pay Rate:
The rate for this role is:
$16.00
This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire.
Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.
Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Greet and engage with guests, smiling, and hearing their stories as you offer product recommendations, complete transactions within the POS registers, and ensure store stock and cleanliness.
- Provide a high level of service when engaging with guests, using problem-solving, attention to detail, and guest safety.
- Participate in our sales incentive program, where you're rewarded for achieving sales goals.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- At least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous cash handling experience (preferred)
- Previous retail sales experience (preferred)
