The Job

As a Model Cocktail Server on the casino floor at Borgata, you will be responsible for swiftly expediting guests' drink orders while providing exceptional beverage and bus service. All of your duties will be performed in accordance with departmental and company policies and procedures, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.

The Day-to-day

• Provide and expedite beverage orders for guests
• Maintain cleanliness and stock of assigned area, side station, tables, and POS station
• Perform on-stage in comedy act, photo-shoots and other marketing events for purpose of developing and marketing the brand, attend activities outside of venue
• Actively use social media to engage the guest in an immersive and interactive experience
• Collect money and follow all proper cash handling and comp procedures
• Focus on the development of a personal clientele list
• Maintain assigned wardrobe and/or costumes in accordance with established standard
• Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refer the matter to management; notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft
• Assist management with training and mentoring new employees as requested
  
  

The Ideal Candidate

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent preferred
• Food and beverage/cocktail service experience preferred

Pay Rate

The rate for this role is:

$11.79

This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire.

Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
