As a Marketing Manager, you will be the driving force behind our marketing initiatives. The Schedule
- Monday - Friday | 9:00am - 5:00pm
- Off: Saturday & Sunday
- Must be open and flexible to work outside of the primary schedule, including weekends and holidays, based on the business needs
- Project-manage planned and ad-hoc marketing campaigns on-property
- Partner closely with marketing Centers of Excellence (COEs) and property partners
- Develop creative materials required for on-property activation in collaboration with central marketing teams
- Ensure delivery of creative assets per brief and conduct quality checks on content
- Collaborate with Entertainment and Events teams to manage on-property activation aligned with strategy
- Prepare key materials for the Director for meetings with property vertical leaders and Corporate
- Audit website/3rd party content weekly and aggregate required changes for the Director's review
- Meets the minimum age requirement of 21 years old
- Takes pride in meticulous attention to detail
- Exhibits 3 years of prior relevant experience in marketing, advertising, events, media, or a related field within the hospitality/gaming industry
- Thrives in a collaborative environment, contributing to positive outcomes
- Demonstrates professionalism, sound judgment, and integrity
- Excels at managing multiple tasks simultaneously
