The Day-to-day
- Guide guest in all phases of their experience at the Banquet event
- Knowledgeable of service requirements for assigned function such as: pre-function side work, detailed menu selections, major ingredients, appearance, texture, quality standards, garnish and method of presentation, proper food and beverage service.
- Greet guest as they arrive and assist them with seating at tables
- Follow sequence of service utilizing all proper procedures standardized by the Banquet Management Team.
- Anticipate the guest needs and respond promptly.
- Must be 21 years old or older.
