THE JOB: As a Workforce Management Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of what keeps our property running seamlessly. In this dynamic, high-impact role, you will support every department across the property by managing high-volume scheduling needs, ensuring accurate timekeeping for all employees, and partnering closely with leaders to anticipate and fulfill staffing requirements. Your keen attention to detail and ability to balance multiple priorities will help set every team up for success, creating a seamless experience for both employees and our guests.
