THE JOB: MGM Grand Detroit is seeking a polished, results-driven Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the leadership of our premier steakhouse, DPrime. In this role, you will help oversee daily operations, ensure seamless floor service, and deliver exceptional guest experiences through attentive, personalized hospitality. You will collaborate closely with culinary and service teams, manage scheduling and staff performance, uphold inventory and quality standards, and ensure that every detail—from reservations to service execution—reflects the excellence synonymous with our brand.
