Job Overview:
MGM Energy is currently seeking an Operation Specialist. The responsibilities of the operations specialist include training and supervising employees, reducing operational costs, monitoring their department's compliance with operational policies, and keeping up-to-date with the progress of administrative duties. To be successful as an operations specialist, you should be result-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Ultimately, a top-notch operations specialist has excellent leadership, project management, and administrative management skills.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Successful complete certification training or any other required training
- Providing excellent customer service, resolving inquiries, and addressing concerns.
- Documenting customer interactions and updating customer records.
- Communicating material availability and ensuring timely fulfillment.
- Ensure data entry is accurate.
- Report on time and prepared
- Stay updated on program requirements and standards.
- Participate in the routine meetings, workshops, and training as directed by the Program Administrator.
- Responsible for performing other duties/tasks assigned by the Operations Coordinator
- Oversee daily operations by assign, track, and prioritize department tasks to ensure smooth workflow operation
- Monitor progress via schedule-tracking FileMaker system.
- Ensure all staff members sent out daily staff reports. Then review daily staff reports to ensure performance targets are being met.
- Implement changes as required to meet KPI targets.
- Lead and supervise employees, train new employees and provide feedback and coaching to existing staff
- Manage and track projects, ensuring that deadlines are met and workflow schedules are optimized for efficiency
- Provide recommendations on crew performance and production needs.
- Conduct or coordinate periodic compliance audits on department activities.
- Oversee TQA quality control reports and provide feedback on trending substandard crew work.
- Responsible for training new hires, monitoring employee performance, and providing feedback for disciplinary action.
- Propose process improvements to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.
Requirements:
- 2 years supervisory experience.
- 2 years of experience with scheduling, dispatching, and field team coordination
- 1 years of HR experience, including hiring, onboarding, training, corrective actions, and compliance.
- Must possess an associate degree or equivalent trade experience.
- Strong communication skills are required, along with proficiency in computer skills.
- Spanish-speaking ability is a plus.

Hours:
8:00 am- 5:00 pm overtime as needed.
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
