- Managing assigned customer accounts and ensuring high levels of service delivery and satisfaction
- Overseeing and coordinating Field Specialists for account-related activities
- Identifying opportunities for indirect upselling and supporting account growth initiatives
- Providing excellent customer service by addressing queries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Contributing to value creation initiatives and effectively communicating outcomes to stakeholders
- Supporting the development and execution of the operational annual plan for team activities
- Recommending improvements to products, processes, and procedures to enhance efficiency
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams within the business unit
- Planning and executing activities in line with standardized project processes and guidelines
- Supporting communication on technical and operational matters under guidance
