We are seeking an associate attorney to join our Insurance Coverage Litigation team. Remote/hybrid options will be considered after training/integration with the team.
Ideal candidates will have 5-8 years of practice experience in insurance coverage and/or general litigation. We offer competitive compensation with generous bonus opportunities. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000 – 150,000. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
Must be licensed to practice in New York.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Assess new files to establish action plans, budgets, and recommendations.
- Identify pleading requirements and delegate tasks to paralegals as needed.
- Prepare discovery responses and manage document production.
- Attend depositions, hearings, and other discovery events, providing thorough reports
- Negotiate settlements, secure authority, and prepare for trial as necessary
- Maintain regular communication with paralegals and legal assistants
