Job Description
1:1 Patient Care
Treat patients according to the active plan of care provided by physicians and other healthcare professionals, ensuring optimal treatment outcomes.
Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies with precision and compassion, always ensuring patient comfort and safety.
Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care ensuring accurate patient records.
Bilingual is a plus
Qualifications
Current North Carolina Licensed Practical Nurse License is required.
Current BLS
Home Health Experience (preferred)
