Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA/COTA)
Full-time and Part-time positions are available.
What You’ll Do
- Provide skilled occupational therapy for children, birth to 21, in their home and community settings.
- Educate and support families, empowering them to take an active role in care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
- Maintain clear and timely documentation.
- Competitive Pay: Earn up to $70,000 annually with guaranteed pay options.
- Caseload-based pay with flexible scheduling. Per-visits rates vary by experience, skills, and tenure.
- Flexible Schedules: Build a caseload that fits your lifestyle.
- Full-time is 20 weekly visits with no cap. 30-minute visits.

Qualifications
Just graduating or moving from out of state? You are also welcome to apply!
- Active Colorado Occupational Therapy Assistant License
- Degree from an accredited OTA program
- BLS CPR Certification (skills tested in-person)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
