Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Sales Executive based in Sterling, VA. The Commercial Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities, managing client accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and working closely with clients to address their moving and storage needs. Additionally, the role involves preparing business plans, addressing insurance-related inquiries, and driving sales to support the growth of the company.
Qualifications
- Must Have: Minimum of 2 years of experience in the commercial moving or relocation industry
- Strong Customer Service and Client Relationship Management skills
- Proven Sales experience with a demonstrated record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Familiarity with Account Management processes and client retention strategies
- Ability to develop and execute effective Business Plans that drive growth and efficiency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with a team-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- A plus: Candidates who bring an existing book of business or established client relationships
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (preferred); equivalent experience will be considered
