MG M The Law Firm i(MG M) is currently hiring experienced Defense Litigation Paralegals to join our General Liability or Product Liability practice groups at any of our California office locations: Irvine, Los Angeles, Walnut Creek, or San Francisco.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Manage multiple complex litigation matters simultaneously.
- Monitor case filings and provide detailed assessments to attorneys.
- Draft and prepare initial drafts of various pre-trial motions, dispositive motions, and other pleadings.
- Review and evaluate discovery documents including medical records, sales documents, employment records, and other case material.
- Compose case assessments and evaluations for review by associates and partners.
- Contemporaneous accounting and submission of personal billable time.
- 5 years’ experience in General Liability Defense litigation is required.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience handling California cases is a plus, but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel), Westlaw, PACER, and/or File & Serve Xpress.
- Attendance & Punctuality: Consistently arrive at work and meetings on time; ensure responsibilities are covered when absent.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with attorneys, other paralegals, and legal administrative assistants.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Customer service: Respond promptly to attorney and client requests for service and assistance; meet commitments.
- Dependability: Follow instructions, complete tasks on time, work independently, and commit to the hours necessary to meet deadlines.
- Teamwork: Contribute to building a positive team spirit and support the success of colleagues.

Salary : $85,000 - $110,000
