Role Description: MAINTENANCE LEAD
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Maintenance Lead, located in the Olive Branch, MS area
The Maintenance Lead (hands on role) will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of machinery and equipment. The role involves performing regular inspections, diagnosing issues, and implementing solutions to ensure efficient operations and minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- CNC and Manual machinery experience (non-programming)
- Equipment Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Maintenance skills
- Experience in Troubleshooting and performing Maintenance & Repair
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments is preferred
- Strong skill sets in Electrical, Mechanical, Pneumatics, and Hydraulics.
