Responsibilities: This employee will assist in the general operation of the location by providing support to all areas of the business, including feed, seed, fertilizer, grain, and farm supply. This person will also train to be a Custom Applicator to help out when needed. All responsibilities should be performed in accordance with company policy.

Encouraging Growth: We support your growth through cross-training in Agri-Service areas, fostering new skills for additional support.

Qualifications

• Strength and agility to maneuver product/equipment (50-100 pounds)
• Have an interest in eventually becoming a Custom Applicator
• High School Diploma or GED (helpful)
• Availability to work overtime (including weekends as needed)
