What are the responsibilities and job description for the Entry Level Team Member position at Meza Management Partners?
We're hiring an Entry Level Team Member to join our office representing Verizon. This Entry Level Team Member role exists for exactly one kind of person, someone who doesn't have experience yet but is done waiting around for someone to give them a shot.
Every Entry Level Team Member on our team started with zero background in the industry, and that's by design. As an Entry Level Team Member, you'll spend your first weeks learning the ropes alongside people who were sitting in your exact seat not that long ago. If you've never worked a sales-adjacent job before, this Entry Level Team Member position is built to teach you from the ground up, not assume you already know it.
What you'll be doing as an Entry Level Team Member:
- Supporting our Verizon customer engagement team day-to-day
- Learning the fundamentals of customer interaction, product knowledge, and support
- Sitting in on real training and coaching sessions, not just watching from the sidelines
- Taking on more responsibility fast as you prove yourself in the role
What we're looking for:
- Reliable, coachable, and willing to learn, that's genuinely the whole requirement
- No prior experience necessary
- People who want more than "just a job" long term
Apply now — this Entry Level Team Member posting fills quickly, and it takes under 2 minutes to apply.
