- Location: Minneapolis, MN, 55428
- Schedule: Fri-Sat-Sun, 6:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
- Compensation structure: Work 36 hours and get paid for 40 hours, plus weekend shift differential.
- Prepare, set up, and run KBA 105/106 sheetfed offset presses (6- and 7-color, 40-inch format).
- Maintain tight color and registration control; inspect output to ensure consistent, high-caliber results.
- Balance ink and water precisely to meet job specifications.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance; troubleshoot press issues to reduce downtime.
- Partner with production to meet throughput and delivery targets.
- Sustain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow company policies and all safety procedures without exception.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical printing education preferred.
- 3 years in a Litho Press Operator or equivalent offset press role.
- Deep knowledge of printing workflows, materials, and press operations.
- Strong attention to detail; adept at diagnosing and resolving print or mechanical issues.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently as needed.
- Effective communicator with a positive, can-do approach.
- Willing to work flexible hours and overtime when required.
