AV WAREHOUSE TECHNICIAN

We are seeking a full-time AV Warehouse Technician to join our Seattle team.
This entry-level role offers growth potential and opportunities for AV skills
training for the right person. The position supports technicians and project
managers through accurate pulls, returns, basic QC, deliveries/pickups, and
warehouse organization. MeyerPro is committed to excellent customer

Responsibilities
• Pull equipment for shows and will-call rentals; stage, label, and verify
orders against pick lists.
• Check gear back into inventory after events; perform basic QC (function
tests, note damage/missing items) and restock to proper locations.
• Complete deliveries and pickups for shows, rentals, and subrentals using
a van or non-CDL box truck.
• Handle shipping and receiving; verify counts, process RMAs/returns, and
update records in rental/inventory systems.
• Participate in loading and unloading gear from delivery vehicles.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse spaces; support general
shop tasks (case maintenance, cable management, palletizing).
• Assist with new equipment intake, asset tagging, and data entry in
rental/inventory software.
• Communicate professionally with clients, venues, drivers, technicians,
and internal teams regarding schedules, changes, and order readiness.
• Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Team-oriented mindset focused on doing what is best for MeyerPro and
our clients.
• Strong organization and attention to detail; able to prioritize in a
fast-paced, changing environment.
• Valid driver’s license; comfortable operating a van or non-CDL box truck
with a safe driving approach.
• Forklift certified or willing to be trained/certified (company provided).
• Basic computer proficiency: familiarity with rental/inventory software and
mobile routing/scanning apps is a plus.
• Professional, courteous communication with clients, venues, and internal
teams.
• Knowledge of basic load securement and dock/venue procedures
preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs and maneuver road
cases/material-handling equipment.
• Schedule flflexibility—able to work early mornings, evenings, and
weekends as needed based on event schedules.
