About the Role: $55,000.-$75,000 Performance Bonus (based on experience and production)
We are a fast-paced, high-producing mortgage brokerage seeking an experienced Mortgage Pipeline Manager to take ownership of file flow, communication, and client experience from contract to closing.
This role is critical to our growth. You will act as the central point of contact for clients, agents, and internal partners—ensuring every file moves efficiently and every client feels informed and supported.
This is NOT an entry-level position. Mortgage experience is required
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage an active pipeline of 15–25 loans per month
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and real estate agents
- Provide proactive updates throughout the loan process (phone, text, email)
- Track conditions, deadlines, and milestones to ensure timely closings
- Review files for completeness before submission to processing
- Coordinate with processing, underwriting, title, and third parties
- Identify potential issues early and communicate solutions clearly
- Keep the Loan Officer informed while minimizing their involvement in day-to-day file management
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of mortgage experience (LOA, processing, or similar role)
- Strong understanding of the loan process from application to closing
- Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with clients and agents
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
- Proactive mindset—you take ownership and don’t wait to be told what to do
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
Preferred Experience:
- Familiarity with FHA, VA, USDA, and Conventional loan processes
- Experience with LOS platforms such as Arive, Encompass, or similar
- Ability to identify file issues and escalate appropriately
