Responsibilities
- Designs, develops, and distributes consistent themes, messaging, and branding throughout all communication touch points.
- Understands products, customers, and industry trends. Develops focused communication in collaboration with organizational stakeholders across functions.
- Oversees efficient processes for the regulatory review and approval of communication materials.
- Explores and adopts new channels, methods, and platforms to optimize marketing communications.
- Develops the internal and external resources required for communication program delivery.
- Ensures that project/department milestones are met, and approved budgets are adhered to.
- Partner closely with the Business Development teams to create targeted marketing materials that advance capture strategies and strengthen competitive positioning.
- Develop messaging and communications that support pipeline growth, including capability statements, past performance summaries, proposal content, and opportunity-specific marketing assets.
- Supports RFI and proposal response graphics development.
- Leads Pipeline reviews with executive leadership, BD, and proposal support (CTO, proposal response, pricing, etc.) teams.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual pipeline reporting to multiple stakeholders to include Sector Presidents and the CFO.
- Supports Sector Presidents and BD Leads with inputting and updating data in CRM.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education:
- Bachelor's (or equivalent) with 10 or more years of combined experience supporting corporate marketing initiates and pipeline management.
- Demonstrated effective communication and interviewing skills to gather needed information from internal and external personnel in support of marketing activities.
- Demonstrated ability to review and edit marketing content for clarity, grammar, and proper use of technical or customer terminology.
- Led semi-regular new business pipeline reviews for $100M revenue company.
- Supported inputting and updating data in CRM for $100M revenue company.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- High energy, self-starter, able to quickly assimilate into a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and build teams in the process.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. Must have experience with Capture2Proposal (C2P).
- Graphics development tools such as Canva or Adobe.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear
- Possess the ability to fulfill any and all office activities normally expected in an office setting, to include, but not limited to: remaining seated for periods of time to perform computer entry, participating in filing activity, lifting and carrying office supplies
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds
- May require more than 40 hours per week to perform the essential duties of the position
- Fine hand manipulation (keyboarding).
- Exposure to general office conditions while conducting office duties
