Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Apartment Maintenance/Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our residential community. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with strong management skills to ensure our property remains safe, functional, and welcoming for residents. The ideal candidate will be strong on the maintenance side with basic computer skills. This is a small 40 unit community. 90% of the position will be maintenance. The other 10% will be leasing apartments. Most of the rent collections and communication with the residents is online.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all maintenance activities across the property, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems, unit make readys,and general repairs.
- Plan and execute renovation or project management tasks to improve property facilities while minimizing disruptions to residents.
- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, inspections, safety protocols, and equipment logs in accordance with facilities management best practices.
- Collaborate with vendors or contract
Requirements
- Ability to work with tenants and be self motivated.
- Strong mechanical knowledge
- Familiarity with HVAC systems, basic plumbing, basic electrical, painting and carpentry skills.
- Effective communication skills in English to coordinate with, vendors, and residents as needed. Spanish is a plus.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
