Medium size apartment complex in a nice south side location is searching to hire a competent and reliable Maintenance Technician. The successful candidate will have strong work ethic, experience with HVAC, plumbing, electric, among other traits. In addition to the skills, a positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work well within a property management team will be essentials for the proper candidate.
We are a small property investment and management company that take a "hands on" approach to our properties and this ensures that the maintenance needs are not only addressed, but in a timely manner. We don't overwhelm our personnel with a bunch of paperwork, we just get to the bottom line results as quickly and effectively as possible.
Duties of the job will include performing work orders, helping with make readies, and overall property maintenance.
