Sales Development Rep (SDR) Supervisor - Blue Springs, MO

Meyer Lab has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, people centered Sales Development Rep (SDR) Supervisor to join our dynamic sales team. As SDR Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting the SDR Manager in supervising a team of SDRs by monitoring daily productivity, team performance management, daily coaching, collaborating with the Sales team and supporting other duties defined by the SDR Manager. Your efforts will play a critical role in developing the SDR team to expand our customer base and drive revenue growth for the company. Responsibilities

Reporting to the Sales Development Manager, the SDR Supervisor will be instrumental in helping to train and develop our SDR team. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Activity Management

  • Monitor daily/weekly/monthly SDR metrics (dials, emails, total touchpoints, revenue, appointments set, etc.)
  • Ensure all SDRs are following all standard team processes, using technology/platforms properly, and following all scripts.
  • Review SDR recorded calls and email outreach messages for quality assurance

Coaching & Development

  • Conduct weekly 1:1s with all SDRs to discuss performance and share coaching tips
  • Provide hands-on coaching/training/development as needed, especially for new or underperforming SDRs
  • Assist with new hire training program

Operational Support

  • Tech Support assistance with all technology platforms such as NetSuite, RingCentral, ZoomInfo, HubSpot
  • Resolve issues that prevent SDRs from achieving targets such as scheduling conflicts, territory clarifications, and workflow questions

Motivation & Engagement

  • Run team huddles, contests, or incentives to keep SDRs engaged
  • Celebrate wins and reinforce best practices

SDR Manager Support

  • Meet regularly with the SDR Team Manager and provide regular SDR reports on activity, trends, issues, etc.
  • Escalate issues to the SDR Manager as needed for strategic help

Required Education, Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

  • Team management skills to coach, motivate, and evaluate team of 15-20 SDRs
  • 2-3 years of sales management experience
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of sales or call center experience or equivalent industry
  • Onboarding/Training experience with new hires and continuous learning
  • Professional demeanor displayed at all times
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work with multiple business units at different levels
  • Associates or 4-year degree preferred but not required
  • Basic understanding of sales processes, cold calling, lead generation, and prospecting
  • Basic understanding of sales and call center KPIs
  • Experience with dialing platforms such as RingCentral, Five9, TalkDesk, etc.
  • Strong work ethic and proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Must have a dedicated, distraction-free workspace for remote work.
  • High-speed internet connection (employee-provided).
  • Availability to work in-office several times per month as scheduled (unless approved for out-of-state work).

Travel & Physical Requirements

  • Hybrid role with occasional in-office work required
  • Remote work permitted with manager approval
  • Desk and computer work required.
  • Lifting required up to 50 lbs.
