Job Title: Engineer Status: NON-EXEMPT
Position Summary: The main function of the Engineer is to
performed skilled maintenance and repair duties for the property, including but
not limited to HVAC, electrical, paint touch ups etc. He or she is responsible for ensuring that all
guest rooms and property are well maintained and in the best possible
condition.
Experience &
Education:

Trade school or college course work in a related
field preferred
·
Previous customer service& hotel experience
preferred
·
Practical experience in one or more of the
technical trades (HVAC, Refrigeration, Plumbing, Electrical, etc.)
·

With various pieces of equipment such as
computer, telephone, two way radios, TVs, maintenance equipment etc.

Under variable temperature conditions
