- Strip guest rooms of all used linens, towels, and trash after checkout.
- Assist housekeeping attendants with room cleaning and preparation.
- Deliver clean linen, towels, and housekeeping supplies to guest floors.
- Remove trash from guest rooms, public areas, and service areas.
- Maintain cleanliness of hallways, stairwells, elevators, and public spaces.
- Vacuum corridors and clean common areas as assigned.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, including delivering amenities, cribs, rollaway beds, and extra supplies.
- Transport laundry between guest floors and the laundry room.
- Assist with deep cleaning projects and preventative maintenance tasks.
- Stock housekeeping closets with necessary supplies and equipment.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and lost-and-found items according to hotel procedures.
- Assist with moving furniture and setting up meeting rooms or hotel events as needed.
- Follow all hotel safety, cleanliness, and guest service standards.
- Maintain a professional appearance and provide courteous service to guests and team members.
